Marshall, Texas Court Treats My Elderly Mother Shabbily

Cleaning off my laptop's desktop trash tonight I ran across this screenclip of my sister Beth's criminal record concerning her beating the crap out of our elderly mother in mom's front yard when Beth got out of the state pen in 2005. 

It took the Marshall DA's office 4 years to cut a plea bargain deal with her to let her off with a slap on the wrist misdemeanor conviction with nothing but a 6 days time served sentence. Shame on you, Marshall, Texas court system (Judge Jim Ammerman presiding), for treating your elderly so shabbily!

Previous to her conviction for assaulting our elderly mother, Beth was convicted of a state jail felony as shown below. Apparently County Court Judge Jim Ammerman thinks its okay for convicted felon ex convicts to beat their mothers senseless in their own front yard.

 

Not that these were the ONLY frauds and felonies Beth has been committing. There's the Medicaid fraud where she falsely claimed she was supporting her granddaughter Loki and how she was drawing unemployment WHILE 100% disabled on Medicaid W...HILE claiming to be a full time student on federal loans and grants at TSTC.....not to mention her outright thefts and drunk driving without a driver's license (now reinstated) while uninsured and unregistered... and the list goes on and on and on.
