After I moved out of the House of Daily Horrors leaving mom and my sister, Crystal Meth Beth, momma keeps calling me at my new digs asking for help with her drug addict daughter.

No Honor Among Addicts

Crystal Meth Beth freaks out because momma tried to "throw her out to the sharks" when an Adult Protective Services clerk parks his truck in the driveway (too scared to get out of his vehicle) to inquire of Beth if she is beating on her mother any less often this week. Not that beating little 79 year-old ladies is a bad thing in the piney woods of east Texas. Just asking. Casual-like.

We Need More Cigarette Cops

I quit smoking over a year ago and I'm very glad I did for many reasons. One of them was the rising tide of irrational hate for smokers, as if they personally caused the Wall Street bankers collapse, bailouts and huge government deficit. It was actually nonsmokers who did all that.
