I only worked a half day in the Blood & Guts Department at the V.A. today so my pedometer shows I only made 12,242 steps by 2:55 in the afternoon. By 8:13 tonight my pedometer read that I had taken 13,082 steps and that doesn't count the 2 miles I bicycled to the YMCA this afternoon. The V.A. gave me this pedometer when I signed up for their MOVE Program.
