From deep, deep in the cotton-pickin' red clay'd piney woods o' east Texas, I bring you the tales of my sister Bethzilla, hideous freakin' white trash welfare-cheatin' pill-popping, bowl-smoking, vodka-swilling redneck swamp thing what done crawled up out of the danged boggy bottoms of Uncertain, Texas and also of Momma, a transplanted, dirt-floored, rice paddy, hand-raised Cajun girl from the south Texas depression era. Take a look see. Go ahead, lookee.
could be I've been around the continent in a cardboard box but i dont think so I only stopped in LA for a few hours on my way to NewOrleans then (more than 10 years ago) when i was a gutter ghost
I dig your blog its tone I know these words youre using
I thank the Lord (that word can be replaced with the one you want like Lamp or Life or Laughther, its nothing religious in my book) that I'm still alive and made it through in one piece. I've learned a lot and the whole trip rocked me to the core and this is where I discovered myself but I enjoy having a shower in the morning and sharing a good meal with my girlfriend. I'm still a fucked up punk rocker pissed at the insanity we live in and if it comes down to it, I know I can survive but I'd rather give a hand to those that are still out there looking in and out for more, better. it looks "romantic" from the outside, the liberty and all, but when you've been there, you know its not, imho. life on the street or with caviar plates and fancy clothes is all the same to me, a big rat race and today I dont care giving up a bit of my freedom for a roof, a good meal and strings for my guitar cos' I know, no one can put me in a cage besides meself.
... thanks for asking, though made me appreciate where I am today

Yeah, I have a dog now and a place to put her and no landlord to tell me how loud or how often she can bark and it's nice.
